The architecture lifts itself lightly above the ground on pilotis, allowing the landscape to flow underneath and reinforcing a sense of permeability and movement. Bridges, glazed corridors, and double-height voids stitch the different program zones together, emphasizing visual continuity and spatial layering. The massing steps and shifts to frame views toward the waterfront while generating shaded terraces and gathering areas. Overall, the project expresses a balance between solidity and openness—using simple, rectilinear forms to choreograph a dynamic, interconnected environment that responds to both human movement and the surrounding site.
