I don't like the red color so take that out and make the glass a beautiful aqua glass and add reflection to it. Take the sun breaker out and add more floors for the commercial purpose. and please be creative.

I also want a landscape design where the central mass consists of organized outdoor seating areas arranged at different levels, surrounded by pathways and stairways that connect the building masses together, serving as a breathing space for the surrounding structures. The yellow mass will serve as the reception area, and the highlighted ground zone represents the vehicle entrance into the site.
